Pilgrim’s Quarter is a new office destination in the heart of Newcastle City Centre, delivering approximately 63,000 sq m (Gross Internal Area) of Grade-A office accommodation. Initially engaged for the provision and installation of the main atrium feature healthy stair, our scope has expanded to encompass the supply, manufacturing, and installation of all metalwork within the contract. This includes escape stair balustrade, atrium edge partition support, glass balustrade and riser gratings. The contract is presently ongoing, with completion by 2025.
